Fiona Lawson - Managing Director
Fiona has enjoyed a successful career within the NHS, having worked within Primary Care for 22 years, 6 as a practice manager. Whilst working for one of the largest suppliers of clinical systems for primary care, a gap was identified within the market place. Insight Solutions was born in 2001, a thriving training & consultancy service provider to the NHS. The success of the company is built on flexibility and the ability to develop innovative services to meet the ever changing NHS initiatives.
Paul Carnduff - Senior Consultant/Operations Manager
Paul is a highly motivated consultant with 12 years primary care and over 10 years retail experience. He has a vast knowledge of all of the main clinical software packages, personal computers, Microsoft Windows, Office including network and E-Mail use. Paul's knowledge of all clinical systems used in general practice is vast; he has a natural ability to work out how systems work and how to get the best out of them. As well as working with Practices, helping them to get more out of their systems, Paul manages all company operations, including our website.
Anthony Haynes - Senior Consultant/Training Manager
Anthony has worked within primary care for 13 years, in various training & advisory roles. His overall knowledge of primary care & primary care IT systems is extensive, Anthony understands how general practice works and can use this information to best advise practices to help make them more efficient. Anthony is responsible for mentoring all new training consultants, ensuring their personal development is in line with what you want and need.
Matthew Dimond - Lead Primary Care IT Consultant
Matt joined Insight in 2007 and brought with him 10 years of NHS primary care experience. This includes 4 years working in general practice followed by a number of years working for iSOFT as a clinical systems trainer. He has a good understanding of most clinical systems and has worked with both practices and PCT's in the past. Matt's responsibilities include the writing of our QoF and Data Quality manuals and posters, as well being our lead consultant for Wales, project managing and delivering training on all aspects of the Welsh Assembly Primary Care IM&T programmes.
Kate Pilton - Primary Care IT Consultant
Kate has worked within a primary care environment for over 17 years within a variety of roles including working as a practice manager and a systems trainer for one of the major clinical system suppliers. Kate is also a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. This experience enables Kate to really understand primary care from both sides of the fence.
Dawn France - Primary Care Support Consultant
Dawn has 11 years primary care experience, which includes general practice administration and clinical system trainer for one of the main clinical system suppliers. Dawn supports our MiQuest products as well as delivering training & consultancy to practices, especially around getting the best use out of your clinical system and data quality.
James Gray - Primary Care IT Consultant
James G has primary care experience as a medic in the RAF. During this time, he gained experience of working within a primary care setting, as well as a working knowledge of clinical systems. This enables James to use his experiences to better help & advise practices in their use of IT systems.
Rachel Williams - Primary Care Consultant
Rachel joins the team having worked as a Medical Secretary/IT Administrator at a busy practice in South Wales. Part of Rachel's previous role was to deliver IT training for other staff at the practice, as well as working with other local practices on behalf of the LHB, who were struggling with changing from one clinical system to another. Rachel loved the training element of her role and decided that was what she wanted to do - to help others who are in the same position that she was in, struggling to get to grips with systems that have so much potential in a fast changing environment.
Joanne Hawes - Book-keeper
An exceptional administrator & book-keeper, Jo is responsible for all finance matters.
Lisa Seeley - HR Manager
Lisa has more than 10 years HR management experience. Based in Worcestershire, her experience has been from working mainly with large retail organisations, developing managers to deal with all the complexities that managing people brings. Lisa appreciates that smaller organisations do not have the HR support that larger organisations have and is keen to work with practices to help develop them in all areas of HR as well as supporting practice managers in areas such as disciplinary, performance management, absence management, recruitment and much more.
