This course is suitable for all General Practice staff working in a frontline, administration/patient focused working environment; it will provide staff with the skills needed to pragmatically work with workplace challenges confidently, professionally and calmly, resulting in a lasting positive impact on your team.

The activities within the course focus on developing individual, team and organisational effectiveness in dealing with difficult situations and demanding people. The course will also help to increase the delegate’s confidence to effectively handle difficult people and complaints.
