COPD009 and HF008 (both new diagnoses) have retained the date range of 1st April 2023 - many assumed this date range would be moved on to 2024 but it clearly remains at 2023 in the business rules and guidance.
Yes, both of these indicators are income protected (as they are registers), however, remember your register size determines your £ per point for each specific disease area.
