QOF Framework Guidance 2024/25
The new framework guidance document is now available. This is the one document we print out and carry around with us all year, it is so useful for checking answers for things we know but maybe just need to be absolutely sure.
We recommend everyone has an accessible copy of this available, fondly known by my consultants as their QOF Companion! We all need a QOF bezzie!!!
