We are receiving lots of queries around AST007, practices thinking they have achieved it, however, it is still outstanding.
Ensure you have coded:
- Asthma review
- Written asthma care plan coded on the same day as the review
- Number of exacerbations coded up to 1 month before or on the same day as the review
NOTE: COPD reviews also require number of exacerbations and assessment of breathlessness but do not have any timeframe restrictions, they can be anytime throughout the year.
