Although the 6 manual QI indicators (QI013-QI019) have been retired for 2025/26 (and are therefore not subject to review), practices are still required to submit a response for each of the indicators on CQRS. As many of the QI projects were based around best practice, many practices will have naturally continued to work this way so will answer yes to some, if not all, indicators. However, either way, rest assured, these indicators have no bearing on QOF achievement or practice income for 2025/26.
