From 1st January 2026 eligible children are now offered a combined MMRV vaccine instead of MMR as part of the childhood routine 2-dose vaccination schedule.  For QOF VI002 , both MMR or MMRV counts towards achievement. However, it was not possible to reflect this change in the business rules for the VI002 indicator for 2025/26. This means that MMRV vaccines delivered between 1 January and 31 March 2026 will not be automatically counted in the VI002 end of year achievement figures in CQRSPractices will be able to request a manual amendment to the VI002 indicator (and any other indicators which may require a manual amendment) after the 31/03/2026 QOF extraction has taken place by submitting a QOF amendment template. The business rules for 2026/27 will be updated to include both vaccine types.
