- Additional opportunity based on practice’s making a significant improvement compared to the practices baseline. 2 calculations will apply to the 3 indicators
- Standard QOF calculation; or
- Improvement calculation – compares practice’s 2-year baseline, requires an improvement of a minimum of 5% points from the baseline in order to start qualifying and will be awarded on a sliding scale.
These changes only scratch the surface – in the main the changes 2026/27 are not extensive, however, there are lots of minor changes which could catch you out.
