August 2025 sees practice’s transition from Read V2 to SNOMED Codes. Codes are pivotal to every piece of data we enter into our clinical systems. They determine:
· Patient’s past medical history
· Patient’s on-going clinical care
· Clinical governance
· Income
Because of these reasons, it is essential that everyone who enters patient data has received the appropriate training. SNOMED is a very different coding structure to what we have been used to and will result in data being entered differently. This session also touch's on data quality & validation techniques to help ensure the accuracy of patient data.
Payments & Booking
- Cost £60.00 including VAT, per log on
- Webinars are approx. 1 hour long. They will be live from the time stated and will not be recorded.
- Once we have received your booking and payment, we will send over a confirmation email.
- Webinar invite/link will be sent 2 working days prior to the chosen date.
Places reserved with a BACS payment will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Reserved bookings can be cancelled at any time.
Once places have been booked/confirmed, no refunds can be made.
You are able to change the attendee to listen in your place if the named person is unavailable.
