Now, we are introducing a new apprenticeship designed specifically for increasing efficiencies and savings within GP practices—the Practice Support Specialist Apprenticeship.
This course can significantly improve efficiency by introducing automated tools, macros, and advanced software functions that often go unused. Participants will learn how to use data for storytelling, build dashboards for clearer insights, and lay the foundations for AI integration in a healthcare setting and is a good fit for Practice Support, Administration, Finance & HR and Co-Ordinator roles
