- Patients have co-morbidity's and need to be recalled for different target areas - streamline recalls so patients receive 1 invite for multiple diseases/target areas
- Diary dates not moved forward or creating a recall from previous review codes - both of these are inconsistent, we would recommend a birth month recall system as this date never changes!
- Recall system review - although there can be changes each year, recall systems are not updated as a result so your system does 80% of the job. However, the other 20% takes a considerable amount of time to sort each month
- Staff training - often this job falls to someone who has never received any training on your recall system and only doing it once a month, is never very confident. This will result in this task taking much longer to complete than it should
