Level 3 Business Administration qualifications will continue to be available, and the most appropriate programme should be selected based on the apprentice’s experience, role and career aspirations.

Why consider an apprentice?

Apprenticeships offer a practical and rewarding pathway into skilled employment. Not everyone wants to attend university, and apprenticeships provide an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to earn, learn and develop valuable workplace skills.

For general practice and healthcare organisations, apprentices can bring enthusiasm, fresh perspectives and valuable support across a variety of administrative functions.

The benefits include:

  • Developing talent to meet the specific needs of your organisation
  • Building a skilled and capable workforce from the ground up
  • Supporting succession planning and future workforce sustainability
  • Improving staff retention through investment in employee development

Many of the managers and senior staff we work with today began their careers as apprentices. With the right support and training, apprenticeships can be a highly effective way to develop future leaders within your organisation.

Now is the ideal time to recruit …

As exams conclude and school and college leavers begin considering their next steps, the pool of apprenticeship talent is at its strongest. Securing an apprentice now gives you access to a wide range of motivated candidates eager to start their careers. If you are considering recruiting an apprentice, or would simply like to find out more about the opportunities available, we’d be delighted to help.
